Why should I choose The Moment Studio?

At The Moment Studio, we believe every celebration deserves thoughtful planning and a personal touch. Do you work with clients outside of the Netherlands?

Yes, absolutely. We are delighted to assist clients both within and outside of the Netherlands. Whether your event is taking place in Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, or another destination, our goal is to bring the TMS experience wherever your special moment takes place.

Please note that additional travel and accommodation costs applies for events outside of the Netherlands. These expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, ensuring complete transparency throughout the planning process.

Do I need to have everything planned before contacting TMS?

Not at all. Whether you have a complete vision or don't know where to start, we're here to guide you through the process and help bring your event to life with confidence and ease.

How does the booking process work?

Booking with TMS is simple. Start by filling out our inquiry form that can be found on our website under "book your event" or contacting us directly via e-mail info@themomentstudio.nl We'll schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, needs, and budget. Once you've selected a package and we have recieved the payment to secure your date we will begin planning your event together!

How does payment work?

Once we have discussed your event and you have selected your preferred package, full payment is required to officially secure your booking and begin the planning process.

For clients booking The Full Moment Experience, a payment plan may be available upon request. Payment plans must be discussed and approved in advance, and clients are encouraged to notify us as early as possible if they wish to explore this option.

This ensures a smooth planning process and allows us to dedicate the time and resources needed to create your event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. Ideally, clients should book at least 2–6 months in advance, depending on the size and complexity of the event.
